Frédéric and Hugues co-founded Trencadis in 2018. After a four-hour meeting, which was to last only 30 minutes, their partnership was born. This association came about naturally as both shared many values as entrepreneurs, but also as individuals. Their relationship, based on clear and effective communications, makes their partnership solid. And it is from these values that they have built a community of experts who support them in each project entrusted to them.

With nearly 30 years of experience with more than 100 companies, he works with both company management and field agents. Frédéric organizes and leads improvement projects in all types of industries and services, according to the issues, resources and company culture.

Hugues is a specialist in business process improvement. When it comes to implementing solutions, his analytical mind and his tactical vision make up a rare combination. He likes to observe the scene, one detail at a time, to understand its inner workings and ensure the projects are carried out.
