Hugues is a specialist in supply chains and business processes. A graduate in industrial engineering, he holds a master’s degree in engineering management in addition to numerous certifications that make him indispensable for any change management project. With more than 20 years of experience working with companies and organizations such as VANOC (Vancouver 2010), Bell Canada, Alcan and ConnectWare Solutions to name a few, he can quickly identify the essential cogs of a supply chain while also having a high-level view of the company.
Hugues compares himself to an investigator: he makes sure that no stone is unturned so as not to miss any relevant information. His attention to detail allows him to quickly identify weaknesses in a process and find the right solution. He likes to understand each step of a process to consider all of its human or technological interactions. When not working on professional projects, Hugues enjoys working with wood and spending time outdoors with his family.
